Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Katrina Elise Collective does not charge a handling fee. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Domestic orders generally ship within 2-5 business days
International orders have extended delivery times; transit times may vary due to customs. Katrina Elise Collective is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments, nor for shipments that arrive later than estimated.
Katrina Elise Collective is not responsible for shipments that arrive later than the date estimated, or for shipments that are lost en route.
If you have not received your order or if a package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or reach out to your local post office to see if the package was left there. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shop at [email protected] and include your order number; we will see what we can do to locate the package and be of assistance. However, Katrina Elise Collective does not assume responsibility for packages once they have been shipped and/or marked as delivered. We are also not responsible to refund or reship orders lost due to an incorrect address given at checkout.
Katrina Elise Collective accepts returns within 14 days of delivery given the order is new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and cannot be returned. Please note that shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we have received the product, you will be sent an email notification and a refund will be issued to your card. Credits may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.
